MM adapters
On the outside multimode adapters differ from single mode adapters only in terms of colour. The color coding is made so that when connecting, the type of fiber on the other side of the adapter can be deduced from the colour. The colour of the adapter for OM1 fiber is beige, for OM3 fiber it's aqua and for OM4 fiber it's magenta.
